I visited Verdello just two weeks after returning from Italy, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was right back there. The food was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious, and the warm, attentive service made the experience even more memorable. It's rare to find a place that captures the feeling of Italy so well, and Verdello certainly does. It has definitely earned a spot on my list of must-visit restaurants whenever I'm in New York. Highly recommend!

Absolutely DELICIOUS pizza! The pizza was flavorful and the crust was bouncy yet crunchy. We also got some broccolini, which was delicious, and finished dinner with homemade cannolis. We’ll definitely be back.

Cute restaurant and really slow service. We got the beet salad, proscuitto pizza, burrata pizza, and the tiramisu. Skip the beet salad, the leaves were so bitter and the beets you get aren’t very much. The pizzas were good and the tiramisu wasn’t that great

Nice neighborhood spot! Very cozy atmosphere and decor. The pasta’s made in house and you can tell from the quality of the food. They also have a good happy hour from 4-6:30. Service was great too!

I loved this place and I’m sad I didn't get photos of the food. A very fun place owned by a delightful guy who employs his friends. They WANT you to have a good meal. They WANT you to have a good time. They WANT to cater to what you are expecting. So refreshing! Three of us came here before heading to a concert at St. John the Divine. That's an easy 10 minute walk from this place. I wasn't sure what to expect. but the reviews were good so we tried it. The three of us split two appetizers, one pizza and one pasta. It was just the right amount of our light appetites that night. I wish I remembered our delightful server's name. He was so proud of the place and what his friend had done with it. Well deserved praise all around. I made a reservation since we were there close to Valentine's Day. I'm glad I did. It filled up completely over the course of our meal. Enjoy!
